"Unbreakable"

The Great War mercilessly took away our sense of security and peaceful life. According to recent polls, 77% of Ukrainians feel stressed and nervous, and another 52% feel anxious and tense. Women aged 25-34 are particularly vulnerable to anxiety. To minimize the negative impact of war on the psyche of our women, in 2023 the Masha Fund opened the Nezlamna Mental Rehabilitation Center, where every woman affected by the war, can find support and receive qualified help from psychologists, art therapists, physical therapists, etc.

“Our goal is to create an oasis for any woman, where she will be heard, held by the hand, offered group or individual therapy, meditation or yoga,” - says Masha Yefrosinina, the co-founder of the Masha Fund. “There is no big or small grief. Every Ukrainian woman deserves to live a happy and healthy life, and we can help with that.”

Every month, the Center provides 800+ free online and offline consultations and conducts dozens of classes in physical therapy, art therapy, yoga, support groups, etc.
