Every day Masha Fund takes new steps toward the realization of the mission "Revival of women for the revival of Ukraine". To help women realize themselves in society and integrate into the working environment in Ukraine, we have launched a new direction in women's career guidance – Successful.
Its first project was a series of workshops on various topics: from psychological preparation for change and resume writing to building a personal brand and starting your own business. Lecturers were career specialists, employment consultants and psychologists.
“We would like our women to feel successful. Due to the full-scale war, hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian women had to leave their homes and workplaces. Thousands need to change their sphere of activity”, says Tetyana Muratkina, director of the Masha Fund. “According to the statistics of the State Employment Service, as of March 1, 2024, 118,500 unemployed people were registered in Ukraine, and 91,900 of them were women. And these are only official data. Therefore, our goal in working on a new direction is to give an opportunity to as many women as possible to look in the mirror and say: "I am successful."”
