About the Fund

Masha Fund is a public organization created to help women who have suffered from various forms of violence.

We strive to help with the restoration of psychological resources, retraining and formation of new professional skills, provision of basic material needs, socialization and support of adolescent girls. We promote education among women for the sake of forming a happy Ukrainian woman.

Masha Yefrosinina

krainian TV presenter, actress, public figure. Honorary Ambassador of the UN in the field of the population of Ukraine on issues of gender equality and the fight against violence. Co-founder of the series of charitable events "Charity weekend", Author and presenter of projects on the YouTube channel "Your Masha"

Oksana Nechyporenko

Director of the public organization GoGlobal, head of the group of strategic advisors under the Prime Minister of Ukraine (2019-2020). Co-founder of the savED educational fund.

Tetiana Muratkina

Head of the Fund

Candidate of Philosophical Sciences. Expert of the Ukrainian Cultural Fund.
Tetiana has devoted more than 15 years to work in the public sector, including more than 9 years of experience in the field of project activities and implementation of projects for women and children.
The Executive Director of the NGO "Congress of National Communities of Ukraine" since 2015. Organized more than 30 projects for children and youth.

Lesya Ivanenko

Fund Project Manager

Event manager, producer, television scriptwriter. Over 15 years of experience in TV production, 5 years of experience in organizing corporate and business events.
At the Foundation, Lesya is responsible for international partnerships, grants and fundraising.

Iryna Krasylnikova

Fund Project Manager

Fashion designer, entrepreneur. The founder of the Pushka School of Digital Design.
Iryna is responsible for the "Brave" project at the Fund

Anastasiya Karyakina

Partnership Manager

Marketing and brands promo specialist.
Since 2017 Anastasiya has been a founder of a non-government organization in the public diplomacy area.
3,5 years of experience in the Ukrainian fashion and retail industries. 5 years of project management experience in digital, media, and PR.
